Key responsibilities: The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing outsourced and internal IT services across a large, geographically distributed hotel network. This includes managing technology vendors, coordinating projects, supporting hotel openings, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and contributing to the long-term digital strategy of the organization.Vendor & Service ManagementManage and oversee external IT service providers delivering operational support to hotelMonitor and evaluate SLA performance and service KPIs, ensure accurate invoicing and timely paymentsEnsure vendor deliverables align with company standards and expectations with full governanceParticipate in service reviews, audits and procurement processesSupport vendor selection and contract negotiations Hotel Lifecycle SupportProvide IT support across the hotel lifecycle, including openings and disposalsCoordinate vendors responsible for deploying infrastructure, systems and integrations Project & Operational Excellence Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and hotel performance through technology solutionsEnsure successful project execution (risk, quality, scope, timeline)Support decision-making and arbitration processes to define and prioritize project opportunitiesProvide strategic technology insights and recommendations to executive managementDrive modernization initiatives and support the organization's digital transformation vision Skills & qualifications: ExperienceSuitable experience in IT management or IT service coordinationExperience working within an outsourcing-based service delivery modelStrong vendor management experienceBackground in hospitality, retail, or other multi-site environments is an advantageDemonstrated success in delivering and managing complex IT projects Technical KnowledgeUnderstanding of enterprise IT environments and cloud-based solutionsKnowledge of hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, GRMS, and BMS is requiredUnderstanding of GDPR and security standards (PCI DSS is a plus)Network and firewall management on master level Additional SkillsFinancial & Budget Oversight: Strong understanding of financial processes and tools (e.g., TRIRIGA) is requiredCompliance & Security OversightCost Optimization OversightLanguage Skills: Excellent command of both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders What we offer: Attractive, market-aligned compensation package including a 13th salary (guaranteed) and an annual performance bonusFlexible working model with up to 50% remote work and the opportunity to work up to 20 days per year from another EU countryMonthly Edenred meal vouchers worth 115€Continuous learning and development opportunities through our goFLUENT language platform, extensive e-learning offerings, and comprehensive training programsExclusive discounts in our hotelsAccess to the Corporate Benefits platform with a wide range of special offers and discounts"ALL Heartists" card granting exclusive benefits at Accor hotels worldwideAnd many more ...
