Field Sales Executive

A leading player in the FMCG sector is expanding rapidly and looking for commercially minded individuals to join their team in the Aachen area .
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking, people-first business that values ambition, adaptability, and drive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers across the convenience channel in your area.
- Activate and execute promotional campaigns directly in the market.
- Train and support distribution partner staff to ensure effective brand execution.
- Manage and distribute point-of-sale (POS) materials.
- Secure new independent retail accounts in line with defined profiles.
- Ensure optimal stock distribution per outlet according to product mix requirements.
- Support distributors with agreed promotional activities and initiatives.
- Provide detailed and accurate market insights and feedback.
- Complete all required reporting and documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with company policies across all activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- A flexible, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual ready to develop a career in sales.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic market.
- A confident communicator able to influence and build strong partnerships with stakeholders.

- Quick to learn and confident in tackling challenges with creative solutions.
- A manual driver’s license is essential.
