Your Role as a Physics Analyst

• Perform physical material and process characterization in product and technology development projects
• Apply optical microscopy, spectroscopy, electrical measurements, and rheology
• Analyze optical, dielectric, and flow properties of inks, fluids, and paper materials
• Develop, improve, and validate measurement methods and test setups
• Maintain and optimize laboratory equipment and analysis tools
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary R&D and analytics teams

Your Profile

• Master’s degree or PhD in Physics, Applied Physics, Materials Science, or similar
• 3+ years of experience in physical measurements and laboratory analytics
• Hands‑on experience designing custom measurement setups and experiments
• Strong skills in data acquisition, processing, and SQL‑based databases
• Experience with automation and scripting (Python preferred)
• Ability to translate analytical results into practical, implementable solutions
• Fluent English communication; German is a plus; willing to collaborate with teams in Venlo (NL)
