About the Role

A fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed B2B SaaS startup in the AI-powered sales automation space is hiring its first Founder's Associate (Growth). Based on-site in Munich, you will work directly alongside the CEO to drive go-to-market execution, scale commercial operations, and accelerate market expansion. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role sitting within Sales — central to building processes, sourcing pipeline, and translating insight into measurable commercial impact at an early stage.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with the CEO on high-priority initiatives to drive company growth and market expansion.

  • Maintain CRM data quality and own the sales enablement infrastructure, including playbooks and pitch decks.

  • Coordinate trade fairs and industry events to support pipeline generation and customer engagement.

  • Design workflows and frameworks that move deals efficiently from first touch to close.

  • Source and analyze market and pipeline data to identify high-potential target accounts.

  • Translate pipeline insights into actionable improvements across the sales process.

  • Explore and validate new markets and identify strategic expansion opportunities.

  • Build, manage, and close partnerships while driving customer expansion.

  • Take ownership of ad-hoc, high-impact projects as the CEO's right hand.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:


  • Professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) — non-negotiable.

  • 1–3 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or VC.

  • 1+ years delivering GTM, growth, BD, or sales initiatives.

  • Proven ability to build or scale projects — startups, student initiatives, or sales motions.

  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take analysis through to commercial action.

  • Experience maintaining CRM data quality and designing sales enablement workflows.

  • Analytical, highly organised, and proactive with a strong bias for execution.

  • Customer empathy and business sense to identify and address pain points.

  • Entrepreneurial, resilient, and willing to roll up your sleeves for unglamorous work.

  • Willingness to work on-site in Munich (relocation acceptable).

Nice to have:


  • Experience coordinating industry events or trade fairs.

  • Background in B2B SaaS or AI-focused startups.

Location & Work Arrangement

On-site in Munich, Germany. This role requires daily presence in the Munich office. Visa sponsorship is not available — candidates must have existing work authorisation in Germany.
