Language & Location: B1-B2 German speaking level in speaking & writing skills Job Description: Role 1 : Mortgages & CoFi (Credit & Lending) Role Summary: We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to support Mortgage and Corporate Financing (CoFi) workstreams, with a strong focus on lending lifecycle processes, credit decisioning, and AI-enabled solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into implementable solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Capture, analyse and document business requirements across the lending lifecycle (Advisory, Initiation, Credit Decisioning) * Support Business Functional Analysis for: * Lending products * Prolongation and post-decision processes * Contribute to the design of AI-based solutions, including: * Agentic AI for credit decisioning * AI-driven document processing and handling * Support solution definition * Work closely with business, IT, and architecture teams to ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements to solution design * Support workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and validation sessions with business stakeholders Required Skills & Experience: * Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Business Functional Analyst in banking or financial services * Domain knowledge in Mortgages, Lending, or Corporate Financing * Experience across end-to-end lending lifecycle processes * Exposure to AI-enabled solutions (credit decisioning, document management) is a strong advantage * Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills * Ability to work in fast-paced, short-start engagements 2. Job Description – Business Analyst (BFA) Stream 2: Daily Banking (Payments, Cards & Deposits) Role Summary: We are seeking Business Analysts to support Daily Banking initiatives covering payments, cards, and deposit products. The role focuses on end-to-end business analysis, process design, and supporting MVP deliveries across modern banking platforms and channels. Key Responsibilities * End-to-end business analysis for Daily Banking processes * Capture and document business requirements and functional specifications * Design and optimize business processes across channels and platforms, including: * Payments and Cards * Digital and branch channels * Support solution design * Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors during design and delivery Required Skills & Experience: * Proven experience as a Business Analyst in retail / daily banking * Strong knowledge of payments, cards, and deposit products * Experience working on digital banking platforms and core banking integrations * Familiarity with modern core banking platforms (e.g., Thought Machine) is a strong advantage * Strong communication, structured documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Role 3. Job Description – Business Analyst (BUS) – Collections & Recovery (CRWnp) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BUS) with strong domain expertise in Collections & Recovery to support the CRWnp (Collections & Recovery Workbench – next phase) initiative. The role will focus on translating high-level business requirements into detailed, low-level functional specifications, ensuring readiness for implementation and future scalability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Requirement Engineering (Core) * Break down high-level BUS requirements into: * Detailed functional specifications (L3/L4 level) * Process-aligned use cases and user stories * Ensure end-to-end coverage across: * Pre-delinquency * Collections (soft & hard) * Recovery (legal / post-write-off) 2. Process Documentation * Document as-is and to-be processes for Collections & Recovery * Create process models using Adonis * Define: * Process flows * Decision points * Exception handling scenarios 3. CRWnp Solution Alignment * Map business requirements to CRWnp capabilities * Identify: * Functional gaps * Enhancement opportunities * Ensure readiness for future adjustments and scalability 4. Stakeholder Management * Collaborate with: * Business stakeholders (Collections, Recovery, Risk) * IT / Architecture / Delivery teams * Conduct requirement workshops (German + English) 5. Data & Functional Detailing * Define: * Data requirements (DPD, customer, exposure, payments) * Business rules (segmentation, prioritization, escalation) * Support integration with core systems (loan/CRM/payment) 6. Testing & Validation * Support: * UAT definition and execution * Scenario validation for collections flows * Ensure requirements traceability (BRD → FSD → Test cases)
