Role Overview

As a Junior Key Account Manager E-Commerce (m/w/d), you will play a key role in supporting and growing our digital sales channels in Germany. Working closely with the EMEA Key Account Manager, you will help manage some of our most important online partners, including Amazon and Otto. This role combines sales support, data analysis, and campaign execution — ensuring Weber products are showcased with excellence and drive outstanding performance across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management and growth of strategic e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Otto, etc.)
  • Assist in preparing and implementing initiatives to drive sales performance
  • Analyse sales figures, KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support annual negotiations and prepare materials for customer meetings
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) for seamless customer service
  • Execute online sales and marketing activities in partnership with e-commerce accounts
  • Monitor market trends and competitors within digital retail
  • Support daily account management tasks and reporting
  • Oversee and optimise product detail pages (texts, images, A+ content) to improve conversion rates
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across online platforms
  • Analyse customer reviews, keyword rankings, and bestsellers to improve visibility
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns (e.g. Sponsored Ads, Deals, Promotions)
  • Maintain article and master data, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Contribute to seasonal activities, launches, and campaign execution
  • Collaborate on forecasting and inventory planning to avoid stockouts
About You Experience
  • Initial professional experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or E-Commerce — ideally with Amazon or Otto
  • Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with numbers and digital tools

  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, structured, and proactive in managing tasks
  • Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
  • Enthusiasm for e-commerce and willingness to grow in an international brand environment
  • Passionate about grilling and excited to promote the Weber lifestyle
