We are looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Sales Manager to join our dedicated Offshore Service Sales team. This role allows you to work in a dynamic department on some of the biggest and most complex renewable energy projects worldwide, negotiating the financial and commercial outcome with customers, crafting compelling offers, presenting to management and stakeholders, and collaborating with customers to grow the wind industry.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Working on multiple high‑value service and maintenance contracts simultaneously.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Director and Sales Project Manager to develop and drive the sales strategy, and subsequently leading all commercial elements of the process (currency risks, financial security, payment terms, insurance, export control, compliance).
  • Owning commercial and financial documents throughout the sales and bidding process.
  • Developing the negotiation strategy on commercial terms and conditions.
  • Clarifying, annotating, and marking up Terms & Conditions with commercial and financial implications.
  • Leading the negotiation of commercial terms and conditions in coordination with relevant departments (Legal, Insurance, Trade Finance, Finance, Tax, Export Control & Customs, Operations, Logistics, etc.).
  • Conducting commercial risk‑evaluation of projects.
  • Understanding and demonstrating the impact of changes on customer business cases for energy projects.
  • Preparing and presenting project‑specific sales forecasts and budgets to high‑level management, and working with the commercial team to establish and implement efficient processes and best practices.
What You Bring
  • A passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change.
  • Knowledge of customer business cases, preferably for energy projects.
  • Demonstrable commercial contract management skills, including commercial negotiations, preferably within sales and/or the energy or construction sector.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment while multitasking to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate technically complex topics concisely to high‑level management and customers in a high‑pressure environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cost calculation approaches, finance methods, and commercial financial topics (bonds, escalation, currency, indemnities, liabilities, etc.).
  • Project management skills.
  • Fluency in English, both orally and in writing.
  • International experience and willingness to travel (25%) and work in a global environment.
  • Qualified applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment (no work‑authorization sponsorship now or in the future), and hold a degree, preferably in business administration, finance or law.
