Responsibilities:- Analytics & Dashboarding: You will design and build impactful dashboards and visualizations (e.g., in Looker or internal tools) that allow our clients to understand their feedback data at a glance. You will use SQL and Python to conduct in-depth analysis, identifying trends and patterns that drive better business decisions.
- Customer-Centric Product Development: Collaborating closely with our Customer Success team and clients you will analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities. You will translate these business needs into detailed functional requirements for our Engineering team.
- Strategic Insights: You will extract meaningful insights from client data and market trends to optimize product performance and support our "Consolidate, Analyze, Act" philosophy.
- Operational Excellence: You will streamline business processes and oversee data operations, including the quality assurance of data enrichment tasks (e.g., supervising working students on data collection jobs), ensuring our data integrity remains inviolable.
- AI Exposure: Spend 20-25% of your time gaining exposure to Data Science Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), contributing with analytics or small programming tasks and understanding how NLP and Generative AI drive our platform.
- Educational Background: A degree in Business Informatics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Analytical & Visualization Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and Python is required. You have a keen eye for detail and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Excel ) to create compelling reports.
- Product Mindset: You possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate vague customer challenges into concrete technical specifications.
- Customer Experience (CX): Knowledge of CX management principles and methodologies.
- Text Analytics: Interest or experience in NLP techniques (sentiment analysis, topic modeling) to extract insights from unstructured text.
- Communication: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Language: You are a Native German speaker and fluent in English, essential for communicating with our core enterprise clients in the DACH region.
