We are hiring an IT Security and Network Sales Manager on behalf of a Germany-based IT-security services provider specialising in network & endpoint protection, consulting, integration and managed services. Established over 15 years ago, the firm serves organisations via a broad manufacturer portfolio and offers solutions across network security, firewalls, wireless, automation and infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while also acquiring new customers in the network and IT-security domain.
- Guide clients through the full sales process – from initial inquiry and offer creation, through delivery, support, renewal and invoicing.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and manufacturers to develop tailored security and network solutions for customers.
- Oversee contract renewals, subscriptions, support agreements, and maintenance services to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs in network and cybersecurity, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction.
This position is hybrid in North Rhine-Westphalia.
Essential- 5 years of experience as an account manager in the IT-services or cyber-security sector.
- Familiarity with network and IT-security solutions and manufacturers (e.g., Check Point, Fortinet, Infoblox, HPE/Aruba) and services like support, subscriptions and renewals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer‑centric approach, dependable and proactive work style, enjoyment in interacting with clients and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal German C1 minimum.
