Deal with all matters pertaining to EU Regulatory law as guided by more senior colleagues where appropriate;

Provide advice on EU regulations as they pertain to corporate transactions of the firm's activity;

Provide regulatory advice on related corporate commercial matters as they arise; and

Work closely with the partners in the team.

The Candidate:You will be a qualified EU Regulatory lawyer with between 1-6 years of relevant experience and be keen to grow your career whilst playing a key role in the overall growth strategy of the team and the firm.
