We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to work with us full-time in a remote setup for our Germany-based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.
About the OTA client
We're a German health-tech company building a therapy practice management platform. Our software helps therapy practices across Germany manage patients, prescriptions, billing, compliance, and daily operations — replacing legacy tools with a modern, purpose-built solution.
We're a small, remote team that moves fast — 9 major releases shipped in the last 4 months. Our pace is driven by effective AI use across the entire team, from product management to development to QA. We expect everyone to bring an AI-first mindset to their work.
About the Role
We're looking for a junior product manager to own a dedicated product area within our platform. You'll work alongside our Head of Product — not sharing the same work, but owning your own domain end-to-end: understanding stakeholder requirements, writing development tickets, coordinating with developers, and testing delivered features.
This is a part-time, hourly contractor role that can grow with the product. You'll start by learning the platform and the domain, then gradually take full ownership of your product area. When the Head of Product is unavailable, you'll provide coverage across the broader product.
What You'll Do
- Own a specific product area from concept through delivery
- Write clear, well-structured development tickets with acceptance criteria
- Gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders (communication is in English)
- Coordinate with developers and QA to ship features on time
- Test delivered features for correctness, edge cases, and compliance with industry requirements
- Maintain product documentation and roadmap for your area
- Use AI tools as a core part of your daily workflow — not as an afterthought, but as your primary way of working faster and better
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role in software
- AI-native mindset: you already use AI tools daily for writing, research, analysis, and productivity. You think "how can AI help me do this?" before starting any task
- Strong written communication in English
- Ability to write clear specifications that developers can build from
- Comfortable working asynchronously with a fully remote team
- Based in the Philippines
Nice to Have
- Experience in health-tech, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with GitHub (issues, project boards, milestones)
- Experience with AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
- Understanding of the German healthcare or therapy industry
The Arrangement
- Hourly contractor (via EOR)
- Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
- Part-time to start (~80–100 hours/month), with potential to grow
- Fully remote, Philippines-based
- Reports to: Head of Product
- Structured onboarding period where you'll learn the platform, the domain, and our workflows before taking ownership of your area
