About the Job
Be the link between our founders and the teams. As a jack of all trades you are directly supporting the founders in executing strategic initiatives and driving business growth as well as managing day-to-day operations, project management, and strategic planning
You take full ownership of high-impact special projects that align with our strategic goals and vision
You prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
You identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for improvement
You contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and strategies to drive growth
You will work closely with the founders and take on a variety of exciting tasks, ranging from strategic projects to daily operational tasksDein Profil

• You have previous experience (at least 1-2 years) in a fast-paced start-up / scale-up environment, consulting, IB or VC role
• You come with strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a proactive mindset
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus), with the ability to convey complex ideas concisely
• You thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and are a self-starter with a high sense of ownership, strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
• You are passionate about contributing to our goal of energy-efficient buildings and a sustainable future
