ATN is partnered with a leading automotive manufacturing company in its search for a Supply Chain Manager to be based in its Erfurt location.

This is an on-site leadership role, and candidates must be available to work full-time from the Erfurt facility (there is a flexible home office policy, but local presence is important).

Salary: 85-105k. German and English are required.

In this role you will: take full ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless material flow from goods receipt through production supply to dispatch, while driving efficiency, performance, and continuous improvement across the site.

Responsibilities
Lead goods receipt, warehousing, production supply, dispatch, empty container management, and operational purchasing
Drive end-to-end supply chain planning, capacity management, and production supply processes
Monitor and analyze KPIs, implementing measures to optimize performance and cost efficiency
Lead process optimization, digitization, and automation initiatives (SAP, EWM, Lean)
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, purchasing, quality, and external logistics partners
Support audits, ramp-ups, and industrialization activities

Candidate Requirements
Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in supply chain or logistics within a production environment
Strong expertise in warehouse logistics, material flow, and process optimization
Proficiency in SAP (MM/SD) and MS Office; SAP EWM and Lean/Six Sigma are advantageous
Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent German and very good English
