ob Title: Process Associate – Escrow / Mortgage Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Process Associate to support escrow and mortgage operations by assisting in the end-to-end handling of residential and commercial transactions. The role involves working closely with escrow officers to ensure timely and accurate completion of closing and post-closing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in opening and closing escrow files for residential and commercial transactions
• Review sales contracts and loan documents to ensure compliance at closing
• Coordinate with lenders, homeowners, HOAs, and utility companies to obtain payoff statements
• Collect and prepare required documentation for successful transaction closure
• Support post-closing activities including preparation of loan packages and dispatch to lenders
• Maintain closing ledgers and process disbursements as per instructions
• Initiate and support wire transactions, including approvals
• Prepare and organize documents for recording
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and process guidelines

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of escrow, mortgage, or title insurance processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage timelines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools
• Team player with a proactive approach

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with tools like FAST, Salesforce, IntelliQuick, ResWare, Zendesk
• Knowledge of search tools such as DataTree, DataTrace, TitleFlex
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exposure to mortgage and title insurance concepts is an added advantage

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 13 years of formal education (Diploma / Graduate in Commerce, Arts, Business Administration)
• 0 to 2 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
