Parametric Data Analyst (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Parametric Data Analyst with strong expertise in parametric data analysis and advanced analytical methods. In this role, you will transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support data driven decisions across technical and cross functional teams.
What You Will Do
Analyze structured and parametric datasets to identify trends, correlations, and root cause indicators
Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, and exploratory analysis
Create clear dashboards, reports, and visualizations for diverse stakeholders
Translate cross functional requirements into structured analytical concepts
Integrate AI based techniques to enhance analytical workflows
Lead or support analytics projects, ensuring alignment, documentation, and delivery
Facilitate transparent communication and help resolve data related conflicts

Your Qualifications
What You Bring
Strong skills in Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving
Expertise in Data Analysis, Cleansing, Extraction, Reporting, Visualization
Proficiency in Database Queries and basic Debugging
Solid Information Gathering capabilities and Engineering Proficiency
Basic experience integrating AI into analytical processes
Strong Communication skills and an ability to manage Conflict Resolution situations
Demonstrated Project Management experience
Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
Experience working with parametric and structured datasets
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Spotfire, Power BI)
Very good English and German communication skills
