- Lead and contribute to financial modeling, valuation and market analysis
- Craft compelling client materials-presentations, approval papers and due diligence packs-tailored for senior stakeholder discussions
- Support origination and execution of live, cross border transactions across multiple sectors, engaging with clients from day one
- Join client meetings, management calls and site visits, building trusted relationships and influencing outcomes
- Collaborate closely with senior team members, gaining mentorship while taking visible responsibility on workstreams
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance advisory, M&A, private equity, transaction services, or leveraged finance
- Strong academic background in business, economics, finance, engineering, or related fields
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a solid understanding of financial concepts
- Fluency in German and English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
