ATN is partnered with a leading automotive manufacturing company in its search for a Supply Chain Manager to be based in its Erfurt location.

This is an on-site leadership role, and candidates must be available to work full-time from the Erfurt facility (there is a flexible home office policy, but local presence is important).

Salary: 85-105k. German and English are required.

In this role you will: take full ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless material flow from goods receipt through production supply to dispatch, while driving efficiency, performance, and continuous improvement across the site.

Responsibilities

• Lead goods receipt, warehousing, production supply, dispatch, empty container management, and operational purchasing
• Drive end-to-end supply chain planning, capacity management, and production supply processes
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, implementing measures to optimize performance and cost efficiency
• Lead process optimization, digitization, and automation initiatives (SAP, EWM, Lean)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, purchasing, quality, and external logistics partners
• Support audits, ramp-ups, and industrialization activities

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in supply chain or logistics within a production environment
• Strong expertise in warehouse logistics, material flow, and process optimization
• Proficiency in SAP (MM/SD) and MS Office; SAP EWM and Lean/Six Sigma are advantageous
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German and very good English
