About the Role
At SS&C Technologies, we are looking for a Production Associate to join our Global Data Management team in Frankfurt. In this role, you will support the production and delivery of digital archives, ensuring high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and data compliance.
You will be part of a collaborative, globally distributed team responsible for archive production and data management operations as part of the SS&C Intralinks Business Unit.
Please note: This position requires on-site presence in our Frankfurt office and is not a hybrid or remote role.
About the Team
You will join a globally distributed team focused on archive production and data management. The team works closely together to ensure reliable delivery of digital archive services to clients worldwide.
What You Will Do
As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient archive production processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing your daily workflow to ensure productivity and timely completion of tasks
- Monitoring archive production queues and prioritising urgent customer requests
- Producing, packaging, and preparing digital archives for shipment
- Updating and maintaining production data within internal systems
- Performing detailed quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Handling data in accordance with internal compliance and security standards
- Escalating technical issues or operational challenges when necessary
What You Bring
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and able to work independently in a structured environment.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and troubleshoot issues
- High level of reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage personal workload effectively
- Fluency in English (all internal processes and communication are conducted in English)
- German language skills are a plus, particularly for communication with local couriers
