Our client is a dynamic part of a leading digital group, with the ambition to set a new standard in mobile banking. It's providing a variety of financial products and services via its mobile app. It includes online account opening, budgeting tools, mobile payments, and more, all designed to make banking easier for its customers.Location: Frankfurt, on-siteType: permanent, full time

Your tasks include:

  • Responsibility for the further development and stable operation of our dynamically growing IT infrastructure in the areas of servers, cloud, network and backup
  • Administration and further development of the hybrid Windows domain with Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and Intune
  • Taking over user support at the first, second, and third levels to ensure smooth IT operations
  • Administration and maintenance of the Atlassian environment with Jira and Confluence
  • Procurement, management and commissioning of IT hardware
  • Automation of recurring IT processes to actively increase efficiency

    • Requirements

  • Completed training in the IT field, as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Administration of Windows domains and networks, Linux, automation using a programming language of your choice, administration of Microsoft 365 environments
  • Safe handling of AI technologies and their active application in everyday work
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • Very good German skills and basic knowledge of English complete your profile
