This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced people-focused professional who thrives on building relationships developing teams and driving health and wellbeing initiatives that make a genuine difference.

What youll do

• Act as the main point of contact for our client ensuring our wellbeing services deliver measurable value.
• Lead and support on-site teams including recruitment development and performance reviews.
• Partner with the Country Manager to plan staffing and succession identifying and nurturing talent.
• Ensure all contractual commitments are met in line with quality ISO and client expectations.
• Identify strategic opportunities and develop innovative wellbeing solutions across products and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction and successful contract renewals.
• Collaborate with internal departments (HR Finance IT Marketing) and external partners to enhance our offering.
• Take ownership of financial goals achieving and exceeding revenue and margin targets.
• Be visible and hands-on occasionally supporting the fitness floor and leading by example.
  

About you

• Degree in Sports Science Public Health Health Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role ideally in an international setting with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing operations budgets and business plans.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in German and English (both required).
• A genuine passion for movement health and vitality.
• Collaborative proactive and responsible a natural leader who inspires others.
• Willingness to travel within Germany.
