- Provide expert troubleshooting and optimization support for customer assays, including both standard and custom-developed formats.
- Collaborate with research partners and customers developing bespoke immunoassays for diverse applications (e.g., PK, immunogenicity, inflammation, oncology, neuroscience).
- Support field-based scientific evaluations, seminars, and workshops to showcase technology capabilities.
- Work closely with account managers to identify opportunities, assist in pre- and post-sales activities, and drive adoption of the platform across academic, biotech, and pharma accounts.
- Attend key conferences and scientific meetings, representing the company’s scientific expertise and providing market feedback.
- Document activities, customer interactions, and technical insights in CRM systems.
- Travel approximately 40–60%, typically spending up to four days per week in the field with customers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- M.Sc. in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related discipline (Ph.D. preferred).
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a molecular biology, immunology, or biochemistry lab (research or clinical environment).
- Prior experience in a field applications or scientific support role is highly desirable.
- Strong background in immunoassay principles (ELISA, multiplex, or similar platforms) and their application across multiple research areas.
- Proven ability to independently troubleshoot, optimize, and validate assay performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) preferred.
