Tasks

  • Sales Leadership: Take charge of all sales activities within the DACH region, from market analysis to developing new strategies that drive growth
  • Customer Engagement: Identify and develop relationships with potential customers, guiding them through the sales process to close successful deals
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with current customers to coordinate bids, clarify project details, and negotiate terms and schedules
  • Offer Preparation: Collaborate with the internal tendering team to create compelling technical and commercial offers
  • Brand Representation: Be Nuventura’s ambassador at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events, while supporting our marketing initiatives
  • CRM Management: Keep customer data and sales progress up-to-date in the CRM system to optimize your workflow and ensure smooth communication
  • Project Handover: Once a project is won, prepare detailed handover documents to ensure seamless execution by the internal teams

Profile

  • Experience: At least 5 years in a technical sales role, ideally in electrical engineering or switchgear, or products aimed at the same customer segments
  • Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of switchgear, electrical products, and the ability to communicate complex technical details in an accessible way
  • Sales Expertise: Comfortable navigating the entire sales cycle—starting with cold outreach and building lasting customer relationships
  • Education: A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in selling complex technical products (preferably in the switchgear space)
  • Self-Driven: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve sales goals with minimal supervision
  • Problem-Solver: A quick thinker who can adapt to new challenges and prioritise effectively
  • Languages: Fluent in German (both spoken and written). English language skills are a plus!
  • Travel: Willingness to travel regularly within the region; a valid driver’s license is advantageous
