• Administration and further development of the IT infrastructure (server, clients, network)
• Monitoring & fault analysis
• User support for problems and assistance (1st and 2nd level)
• Administration of the application software (CRM, ERP, DMS)
• Maintenance of IT documentation
• Management of IT projects (requirements analysis, implementation, support)

• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
• Completed IT training or comparable qualification
• Experience in Windows clients and Windows/Linux servers
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Ideally experience with Veeam, VMware and Sophos XGS/Central
• Understanding of IT security and data protection
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
• Advantageous: Experience with databases and programming knowledge in languages such as Shell, Powershell, Python, PHP
