We have a new vacancy for a high calibre M&A Senior Analyst to become part of our successful, dynamic and fast-growing Frankfurt M&A Team. The Role

• Participation in transactions, M&A advisory projects, business analysis and valuations
• Balance sheet analysis, financial modelling and business valuation with standard methods (DCF and multiple analysis, installation and validating the plausibility of business plans, overviews of key figures)
• Preparation of presentations, short profiles and information materials for potential investors
• Sector, company, investment activity and transaction research

Requirements

• Excellent academic degree from a top university, ideally within the Economics, Finance, Business or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of prior investment banking or equivalent M&A experience
• Strong analytical skills as well as financial modelling experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• High resilience, integrity and a confident demeanor
• Business-fluent proficiency in German and English (verbal and written) is essential
