What skills are required for this role?

• Education: Current bachelor's or master's degree program in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering or comparable subjects
• Experience: Interest in the areas of test automation, quality assurance and sensor technology; relevant experience in working with hardware components and using modern AI tools
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of MATLAB, Python or C; experienced in using testing libraries (e.g. pytest) and frameworks (e.g. EXAM)
• Softskills: Willingness to learn, analytical thinking, careful and reliable working style, ability to work in a team
• Language skills: Fluent German or English skills

What can you achieve at Wölfel?

• Collaboration in the design and implementation of automated tests to ensure product quality
• Setting up and maintaining test environments and frameworks (e.g. Python, MATLAB, EXAM) for unit-, system- and hardware-in-the-loop tests
• Participating in the development of methods and processes for factory acceptance tests of hardware components
• Actively supporting the optimization of existing test strategies and processes as well as test documentation
