As a Junior Campaign Manager, you’ll support the operational heartbeat of our marketing campaigns. You’ll be the connective tissue between the Campaigns and Creative teams, helping us turn strategy into seamless, high-quality execution.

Responsibilities:
• Campaign Coordination: Setting up, maintaining, and tracking campaign timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities. Keep stakeholders aligned and ensure information flows smoothly across teams.
• Meeting & Workflow Coordination: Prepare agendas, take notes, and track action points for key marketing and campaign meetings. Help document and maintain internal workflows to keep projects running effectively.
• Content Production Assistance: Support planning and logistics for content productions (shoots, briefings, creator deliverables, etc.). Coordinate assets, schedules, and internal/external communication.
• Research & Partner Management: Help identify potential partners, creators, agencies, or vendors for special projects and collaborations. Conduct initial outreach and gather relevant information to support decision-making.
• Workflow Optimization: Support in optimizing internal processes (e.g., workflows and communication) with the marketing and operations teams.
About You- Marketing or brand experience: You've gained 1-2 years of experience in marketing, campaigns, branding, or related fields, and you're ready to take on more responsibility and contribute to impactful projects.
- Strong organizational skills: You excel at structuring your work, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining momentum in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and attention to detail: You take ownership of your work with a hands-on mentality, follow through on commitments, and have a keen eye for the small details that elevate the final output.
- Clear and effective communication: You communicate confidently and directly with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration.
- Passion for marketing and creativity: You're genuinely excited about content, branding, and culture and eager to contribute to how campaigns come to life.
- Research aptitude: You can efficiently research partners, topics, and trends, and transform your findings into clear, actionable insights and presentations.
- Proactive and curious mindset: You ask questions, bring ideas to the table, and take initiative to improve processes and outcomes within your scope of work.
- Fluency in German and English: You're comfortable working and communicating in both languages across all daily tasks, collaborations, and stakeholder interactions.

The ProcessAs we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.
- Getting to know you: We will have a 30 minute screening interview where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
- Hiring Manager Interview: You will meet Alina, our Sr. Campaign Manager, who is leading the function at HOLY to dive deeper into the role and your experience.
- Case study & on-site interview: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study. In a second meeting at our office, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions about our workspace, the HOLY Temple.
- Interview with Matze: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Matze , one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
- Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
