For our partner company in the IT services sector based in Hamburg, we are looking for an employee in Sales Support / Internal Sales (m/f/d) as part of direct recruitment (permanent position with our client).

In this central interface function, you will act as the organizational backbone for the Service Sales team and independently manage the commercial order processing from quotation preparation to contract conclusion. You will act as a competent contact person for customers and internal departments and ensure smooth administrative processes in the IT environment through your structured way of working.

    • Your tasks

  • Operational support for the service sales team and account managers in the area of IT services
  • Preparation and follow-up of offers and contracts for support and professional services
  • Central point of contact for customers and internal sales and delivery units
  • Independent management and monitoring of the entire customer order process
  • Maintaining and updating sales-relevant master data in the CRM and ERP system
  • Carrying out general organizational and administrative sales activities

    • Your profile

  • Professional experience in the sales environment of IT solutions or IT services
  • Experienced in the use of common MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational skills, coupled with a structured and independent way of working
  • High service orientation and strong communication skills in direct customer contact
