About Us:

We are a dynamic Residential and End of Tenancy Cleaning company, committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services to our clients. We are looking for a vibrant, customer-centric B2C Sales Associate who can engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and convert warm leads into sales.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, organized, and resilient, with a strong ability to handle objections and maintain a positive outlook throughout the sales process. Previous remote experience as well as cleaning agency experience. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with warm leads purchased by the company and convert them into confirmed bookings.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

  • Communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients, understanding their cleaning requirements and recommending suitable solutions.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets to maximise earning potential.

What We Offer:
  • On Target Earnings of R25000 per month. (made up of R8,000 basic + uncapped commission.)

  • Competitive base salary of R8000 per month with attractive commission structures.

  • 40 days paid holiday per year

  • Minimum of 2 years telesales or sales experience.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Own laptop (Min 16GB Ram, 13th Gen i5 Processor, Windows 11 and 250GB SSD or higher), fast, reliable internet connection and backups for power outages.

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.  

  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to manage rejection and stress effectively. 

  • Proven success in meeting sales quotas, particularly over the phone. 

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. 

  • Previous experience working with CRM systems

  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and manage complaints.
