Your mission

At Her One, we’re on a mission to empower women to feel their best – inside and out. Our community is growing fast, and we’re looking for a creative and confident Social Media Manager to join our Berlin-based team.

This role is perfect for someone who doesn’t just manage social media but lives and breathes it. You feel comfortable in front of the camera, love creating authentic content and know how to connect with a female audience in a way that feels fresh, relatable and inspiring.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
  
  

• Be the face of our brand: appear regularly in stories, reels and TikToks to authentically connect with our community.
  
  

• Plan, film and edit content – from quick behind-the-scenes snippets to polished campaign videos.
  
  

• Manage our content calendar to ensure consistent posting frequency and community engagement.
  
  

• Stay on top of trends, UGC opportunities and new formats to keep our channels fresh and innovative.
  
  

• Collaborate with the marketing team, freelancers and external creators to scale content production.

Your profile

What you bring:

• Fluency in German (native level) and strong English communication skills.
  
  

• Confidence in front of the camera – you enjoy presenting and engaging directly with an audience.
  
  

• A passion for social media, content creation and storytelling.
  
  

• Hands-on experience with video editing, preferably for short-form content (Reels/TikTok).
  
  

• Based in Berlin with the flexibility to work on-site.
