As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving patient acquisition and revenue growth across our network. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, building strong relationships with prospective patients, and promoting awareness of our services within the fertility care sector.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive patient acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand our reach and market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing, operations, and clinical objectives.


Patient Acquisition:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective patients, guiding them through their fertility journey and providing personalized support.
  • Conduct consultations and presentations to educate individuals and couples about our services, treatment options, and benefits.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand patient needs and tailor solutions accordingly.


Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, clinics, and partner organizations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and foster collaborations.


Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor sales performance metrics, including patient inquiries, conversion rates, and revenue targets, and take proactive measures to achieve goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis on sales activities, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2C sales, specifically focussed on patient acquisition for a healthcare provider.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales revenue and meeting targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Passion for fertility care and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on patients' lives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to Germany-based HQ a few times a year and within Europe as needed.
  • Willing to work in a growing company environemnt.
