Job Description: Senior NetSuite Sales Manager


Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior NetSuite Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in driving the adoption and utilisation of NetSuite solutions. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and nurturing client relationships, and providing leadership to a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales, particularly in selling NetSuite solutions, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate target markets, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  2. Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals. Utilise a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on how NetSuite solutions can address their business challenges and drive success.
  4. Team Leadership: Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of sales professionals. Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to support the growth and success of the team.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to NetSuite and enterprise software solutions. Use market insights to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives. Provide input on product enhancements, marketing campaigns, and customer support initiatives.
  7. Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular progress reports for senior management. Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for adjustments to sales strategies as needed.
