Job Title: Remote SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst

Location: European Union (Remote)

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst to join our remote team based in the European Union. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and support. This individual will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and supporting the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules. As a remote worker, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on best practices.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end users on system functionality and processes.
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and optimizations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including configuration, data migration, and integration.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors tools such as SuccessFactors Admin Center, Online Report Designer (ORD), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with virtual teams.
