Intern/Working Student (m/w/d) Finance

We are currently looking for an intern or working student to join the DACH Finance team at our Munich office. You will gain a broad overview in the entire scope of a Finance Team in the FMCG/OTC business from FP&A and Business Partnering to reporting and project management.


As part of the DACH Finance team, you will

  • lead own projects & tasks that will help you to get an in-depth and hands-on experience in Finance/Controlling
  • ensure that all stakeholders in the DACH team will have access to needed data, information, and analysis to accelerate our decision-making process
  • support the German Finance Team in several areas of work with a focus on reporting automation, standardization, financial analysis as well as general support in completing project, Actuals Submission and Forecasting (P&L and Balance Sheet) work
  • collaborate with several teams across functions as well as with our Finance Hub in Poland.
  • Your Role at Haleon

  • You support and shape current projects and tasks - from analysis, planning to actuals submission and reporting, gaining insights in all aspects of Finance
  • You support the further development of our reporting landscape in PowerBI and improvement of our processes
  • Contribute to our integrated business planning process by performing core finance tasks gaining insides in our agile planning cycles
  • You will work independently on ongoing projects and operational activities in our day-to-day business
  • Support our cash flow forecasting activities to improve our cash conversion.
  • What we expect from you

  • You are studying business administration, mathematics, computer science or a comparable field
  • You have analytical skills, logical thinking ability and enjoy to work with data
  • You know Excel and most Office 365 applications
  • You are reliable and passionate to work with people and in an enthusiastic finance team
  • Speaking both German and English is not difficult for you in your day-to-day work.
