:Reporting: Ensuring high quality and timely reporting to the Group and management. Responsible for internal reporting including ad hoc reports and analyses.Controlling & Business Partnering: Responsible for operational and financial controlling and active business partnering for the departmentsFinancial Planning & Analysis: Preparation of estimate, forecast, budget and planning for the areas to be responsible. Responsible for analysis and reporting of working capital.Promotion and participation in the continuous improvement process (Kaizen)Your Profile:Bachelor's or master’s degree (finance, accounting, engineering, statistics, mathematics or equivalent).2 years’ experience in relevant fields: FP&A, Controlling, Financial Audit, Accounting.Audit company experience would be an asset.Cost Accounting / Operational controlling & SOX experience would be plus.Experience in Excel, Oracle & Oracle BI tools, HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) would be plus.Business fluent German and English skills, confident presentation skillsAbility to work in a team, intercultural competence, high willingness to perform as well as a structured and analytical working stylePassion for continuous improvements & change managementWhen you join us, you’ll also be joining Danaher’s global organization, where 80, people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
