Working Student for Marketing and Communications (w/m/d)

Do you want to gain hands-on experience in a fun and international work environment? Then you are lucky because we are searching for a Marketing and Communications Working Student starting as soon as possible.
This job position is part-time (20hrs/week) and limited, starting date will be around September 2022.
We would also like to emphasize that we expect someone to remain as a working student for at least 12 months, i.e. we expect candidates to remain enrolled at the University for the next 12 months.
Aufgaben
- Provide support in any activities related to (virtual) event planning, promotion and execution.
- Assist in the development of a social media publication plan, establish a process for content creation and review and ultimately publish content in different channels.
- Support and implement lead generation campaigns incl. measuring results.
- Creation of a media (magazines, newsletters, etc.) contact database.
- Development of graphic material as needed (email signatures, social media templates, factsheets…).
- Website support and analytics.
- Assistance in writing communications both for internal and external purposes (announcements, events, PR…).
Anforderungen
- Ongoing studies in Online Media / Business Communication / Sales & Marketing Management / International Marketing.
- A hardworking energetic talent, proactive and resourceful person.
- Some experience with social media channels.
- Good command of German and English (both spoken and written).
- Open and curious mentality towards technical topics.
- A challenge seeker and want to bring innovative ideas to our team.
- Work well in team as well as alone (remote working due to Corona).
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with video editing and production
- Familiarity with Wordpress or other CMS systems for website content management
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
