Junior Expert in Skills for Youth (f/m/d)

Your tasks

You will be responsible for:

• contributing to research and the subsequent design of projects in the areas of TVET, Skills Development for Youth, and Entrepreneurship
• contributing to writing studies and project reports
• conducting training/learning needs analyses to aid the design of training concepts and programmes
• carrying out tasks that match your profile and interests in the project implementation process

Your profile

You should identify with the vision and approach of our company, be curious about other people and cultures, and have the following qualifications:

• bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
• initial working experience with youth in MENA and/or Sub-Saharan Africa
• knowledge of relevant concepts in the fields of training, skills development, and youth employment
• very good English and French required, Portuguese is an advantage
• expertise in online learning is an advantage
• experience of living and working abroad in one or several of our countries of operation is advantageous
• good interpersonal skills combined with the ability and determination to communicate authentically and openly
