The Employee Labor Relations (ELR) Specialist will provide HR operational support to managers and employees of CWT whilst undertaking a variety of HR administration duties and assisting in project work and help to deliver the People Strategy for CWT.
He/She will assist with HR administration, producing accurate and complete employee documents such as Contracts of Employment, Work Certificates etc. Liaise closely with the payroll department to ensure people are paid correctly and in a timely manner. Maintain and use the HR Data bases to ensure employee data is correct and produce data reports where necessary. Provide an Employee Relations service by offering advice and support in CWT Employee processes and policies.
