Stellenbeschreibung

Do you have a daredevil and entrepreneurial mindset? Are you passionate about driving change and creating impact? Then the F15® Graduate Programme is the perfect way for you to fast-track your career!

Are you a leader (m/f) with an entrepreneurial mindset?

At Arla we strive to unlock the highest potential in each other while working together to create the future of dairy. We push each other to keep our cooperative at the forefront of the dairy industry, so we can create good growth and bring health and inspiration to the world, naturally.

To do so, we need the best talents who have an innovative mindset, who strive to develop in a global environment and who are looking to drive and deliver on our ambitious growth agenda.

Fast-track leadership programme

The F15® Graduate Programme is a fast-track leadership programme that includes three different eight-month rotations. Each rotation will be in a new business area and geographical region and you will be responsible for either a project or a range of deliverables that are pivotal to our business strategy. From new market entries and product launches to supply chain optimisation, there is a wide range of functions and locations you will explore, making it possible for you to shape your own future career while growing your strategic and functional skillsets.

Being part of a leadership programme means that you will be invited to join assigned training weeks in international locations focusing on leadership skills, strategy, change and your own development. Besides that, on-the-job as well as functional trainings will be closely linked to your role in the organisation.

We will nurture your talent for becoming a future leader (m/f) at Arla and among other things you will learn how to be a high performer (m/f) in a global, farmer owned FMCG company.

Being part of a graduate programme at Arla is truly special and a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your future career. Here, you are not just a part of Arla but you are also part of an extraordinary network with your fellow graduates and colleagues. Completing the F15® Graduate Programme makes you capable of achieving great things and creates the path for your leadership career at Arla. Maybe you will continue in a position in brand management, logistics, finance, commercial or something completely different. Your opportunities are manifold!

What makes a F15® Graduate special?

There is no predefined definition of what makes an F15® Graduate (m/f) special and we encourage everyone to apply regardless of educational background. However, it is imperative that you are a recent university graduate (m/f) who is globally mobile and who has the commitment to make a difference in a diverse environment. It is essential that you have an entrepreneurial mindset; that you are a first mover (m/f) with a strong personality, a keen interest in digital and that you have an in-depth understanding of current business- and market trends.

Contact and application

Please apply for the F15® Graduate Programme from 13th November 2017 and not later than 7th January 2018.
