Bayer AG

Bayer is a global enterprise with core competencies in the Life Science fields of healthcare and agriculture. Its products and services are designed to benefit people and improve their quality of life. At Bayer you have the opportunity to be part of a culture where we value the passion of our employees to innovate and give them the power to change.

In this 24-month program you will have the opportunity to rotate through various Supply Chain functions within different Bayer divisions and work in both operational and strategic roles. You will get to know different country organizations, including at least one overseas assignment and a posting to our German headquarters. Placements in different functional areas of Supply Chain Management (e.g. site logistics, strategic supply chain, country supply chain) and related functions like procurement or marketing will ensure an exceptionally diverse experience. Besides gaining hands-on expertise, you will participate in training modules and be mentored by an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager. Together with your mentor and a HR Business Partner, you will identify individual career perspectives, exchange feedback on your performance and plan tailored development activities.

We are looking for graduates (Master/PhD) of business and/or engineering studies with a focus on supply chain and/or logistics who are eager to learn and ready to take on responsibility. You have already gained relevant work experience, for example through internships in supply and demand planning or distribution and logistics. Initial experience in using relevant supply chain IT tools and simulation models such to, for example, plan production according to demand as well as an affinity to developing smart solutions in a complex environment complete your profile. With exceptional communication and collaboration skills, customer focus and a passion to develop and implement innovative ideas, you will fit excellently into our culture.
