Stellenbeschreibung

Currently to our office in Munich we are looking for:

Assistant to Associate Vice President Europe Retail/ Graduate
Workplace: First six months in London, ultimately Munich

Main responsibilities:
Business Analysis / Planning

  • Prepares commercial analysis to supports key retail projects
  • Assists in budgeting process & consolidates forecast activities
  • Supports selective new product launch project planning
  • Maintains European pricing database & prepares all, required market analysis

Business Reporting

  • Creates European retail monthly report
  • Creates reail key products monthly analysis and reports

Administrative Support

  • Maintains the Vice President’s appointment schedule; makes travel arrangements; manages the vice president’s unit calendar of events
  • Oversees the administration of the unit vice president’s office; sets priorities; enforces regulations; monitors procedures and recommends changes as appropriate
  • Develops and prepares agendas for various meetings; coordinates and attends meetings as appropriate; prepares and distributes minutes to appropriate personnel

Requirements:

  • Master Degree is a must (International management, Business administration, Analytical or Finance degree preferred)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent organizational skills, flexibility with the ability to learn/adapt quickly
  • Detail-oriented and execution focused, consistency and timeliness in the performance of tasks
  • Self-reliance and creativity in their approach to solving problems

Special Requirements:

  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Very Strong Excel and Power point ability-mandatory
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Quick learner with desire to rapidly develop within pharmaceutical industry
