Stellenbeschreibung

THE BEYOND BORDERS PROGRAM
The 18-months program offers:
PROFOUND KNOWLEDGE: Get to know the major strategic & operational parts of our Supply Chain (Planning, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Innovation) & its interfaces (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Controlling). Acquire an understanding of topics such as global sourcing, strategic planning, sustainability & advanced logistic solutions.
INTERNATIONALITY: Join a network of trainees from all over the world and experience local Supply Chain work by spending 5 months in one of our 150 affiliates.
DEVELOPMENT: Profit from self-managed projects, training sessions, coaching & mentoring.
INDIVIDUALITY: Bring in your ideas – use the program’s flexible elements.

WHAT IT TAKES
We are looking for:

  • Graduates in Business Administration with a major in the area of Supply Chain Management or (industrial) engineering and an outstanding GPA
  • Min. 6 months of practical experience through appropriate internships
  • Min. 6 months of experience abroad gained within your studies or internships
  • Fluency in English, basic knowledge of German is recommendable
  • Strong analytical skill set
  • Social & intercultural skills enabling you to work in a multicultural environment
  • Enthusiasm for the dynamic consumer goods industry and brands
  • Ambition for an international career
