The Sector Resident is a critical member of the Global Sector team. This 2 year rotational position supports the Sector Leadership, including the Service Line Sector Leader (SLSL) in contributing the service line perspective to the Sector Strategy and Sector go-to-market (GTM) plan. In addition, this individual supports sector service line leadership on market activities and connecting with market segment leaders (MSLs) and accounts. Responsible for supporting sector accounts and pursuits and also has direct responsibility for ideation and development of sector solutions in conjunction with the Service Line Sector Leader. Along with sector activities, the incumbent is expected to remain engaged in the local market (20-40% of time spent either client chargeable or supporting new business development activities) in order to maintain the technical skills and networks required of client serving professionals at the firm.

The position requires high level knowledge of:
Position requires a minimum of 10+years in business, prior work in industry or a professional services firm strongly preferred.
3 years at Manager rank or 1-2 years at Senior Manager rank.
