We need 12 people to join ProTeam. Only mavericks, visionaries and original thinkers need apply. If accepted, you can look forward to 18 months of hard work and life-changing experiences. You’ll get to see every side of Lufthansa (including some even we don’t know about). You’ll go on a retreat in a monastery and get involved in social entrepreneurship in India, for example. Working both individually and as a team, you’ll help to shape the future of aviation – and shape yourself in the process. Are you ready for the challenge?
• €52,000 pa + bonus

• Master’s degree or equivalent
• Fluent English, knowledge of German is beneficial
