Fibertech Plastics is a rotational molding manufacturer serving a diverse customer base across multiple end markets. We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen key customer relationships. The right person is equally comfortable running a Monday morning sales meeting and closing a deal on Friday. You will report directly to the CEO, which means real access, fast decisions, and a genuine seat at the table. For the right person, this is a career-defining opportunity with a clear path to grow with the role as the company scales.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable for performance, activity, and results.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company revenue and margin objectives.
  • Own new business development — identify and pursue opportunities in target markets and accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers; identify ways to grow account value.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership on pricing, capacity planning, and customer commitments.
  • Maintain a current view of the sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance trends; report to leadership regularly.
  • Represent Fibertech at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
  • Develop a working understanding of our rotational molding capabilities and communicate our value proposition effectively.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Directly manage the sales team (currently four direct reports).
  • Provide ongoing coaching, development, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a results-oriented, accountable team culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a management or team lead role.
  • Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred; plastics or custom manufacturing a plus.
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and managing a sales team to consistent results.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools to manage pipeline and activity.
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder at all levels.
  • Willing to travel as needed for customer visits and industry events.
  • High integrity, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competitive base salary plus annual incentive bonus tied to revenue growth and sales performance.
  • 401(k) with up to 4% company match.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
  • Company-paid life insurance.
  • Paid Time Off, Personal Time, Floating Holiday, and Company Paid Holidays.
  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • Voluntary supplemental benefits available (LTD, STD, Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, etc.).
Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, and communicate effectively. Occasional travel including extended driving is required. The employee may need to lift product samples or materials up to 25–50 lbs. and may visit manufacturing facilities or customer sites with varied conditions.
