The roleFor our German team, we are looking for a Key Account Manager focused on the leasing channel. In this role you will play a key role to launch and grow Zeekr in the German Leasing market.
What you will do:- Fleet Products and Services: Develop a deep understanding of Zeekr's fleet offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to Leasing clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with LeaseCo clients, ensuring that their needs are understood and met.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with LeaseCo customers to ensure mutual benefit and satisfaction.
- New Client Acquisition: Actively follow up leads, create daily appointments, visit (re)present the Zeekr brand and product portfolio to leasing clients.
- Lead conversion: Analyze the leasing customer needs and convert their interest into sales opportunities.
- Test Drive management: Organize test drive events to ensure the demonstrator fleet is fully utilized at corporate clients during the year.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments in Zeekr, such as sales, service, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and coordination for fleet clients.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on fleet sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, providing valuable insights to Zeekr's management.
- Compliance: Ensure that all activities and transactions comply with relevant regulations and standards in the automotive and fleet sectors.
- Experience in automotive sales within the German market, specifically with a focus on the leasing market. You could have experience either on OEM side, dealer side, or importer side.
- A customer‑oriented mindset with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer satisfaction principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long‑term relationships.
- Results and solution oriented and able to investigate and weigh different solutions and outcomes.
- Collaborative with the ability to work well in a team with colleagues from different departments.
- Fluency in German and good understanding of English is required.
