Role SummaryAs an Account Manager working within Germany, you will be joining at the forefront of Intellect's sales function, responsible for acquiring new clients and deepening Intellect wallet share in existing relationships. You will be given ownership for a specific territory / accounts targeting prospective clients for net new sales or account mining opportunities.
What you'll do:- Generate sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospecting into Tier 1 , 2 banks.
- Own the sales origination and work with relevant stakeholders for opportunity progression
- Engage with prospects and clients to understand business and organisation challenges and Intellect Value proposition.
- Maintain CRM hygiene by recording all sales activity on a daily basis and prepare dashboards for sales reviews
- Collaborate with Marketing in vetting in-bound leads for follow-up.
- Actively engage with Partner network and collaborate to develop partner led Opportunities
- 6+ years of experience in selling of enterprise software to Tier 1,2 banks or related industries (experience in core banking, cards or digital lending would be preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively network and build relationships in industry-specific settings
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
