AufgabenBusiness Development: Identify and close German clients (startups, online ventures, young founders). Build pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and thought leadership.
Client Delivery: Lead end-to-end engagements delivering business model architecture, pricing strategy, marketing and sales funnel design, operational systems, and execution frameworks. Ensure 99%+ client satisfaction and measurable results.
Team Building: Recruit and lead initial German team. Build culture, establish processes, and develop talent.
Office Operations: Establish German office.
Qualifikation- 2-5+ years in management consulting, startup advisory, or business development
- Proven track record closing deals
- Experience with startups and growth-stage companies
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong business acumen and team leadership skills
