The Enterprise team is among a handful of rapidly emerging new businesses that are becoming front-and-center for Google as it enters its second decade as a company.</p> <h3> The role: Enterprise Technical Account Manager, Geospatial</h3> <p> Combine your technical, project management, and relationship-building skills to solve challenging problems for Google&rsquo;s largest and most strategic Enterprise customers. Help build our Geospatial Premium Services practice by designing programs that enable our customers to maximize their return on services from Google.</p> <p> As an Enterprise Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will partner with customers of our Geospatial products to understand their business and strategic needs, and enable their success by providing consultative services and creative solutions to challenging operational and technical issues. As an expert in Google&rsquo;s Enterprise Geospatial product suite, you&rsquo;ll engage with Product and Engineering as a customer advocate, and work closely with Sales to monitor the pulse of your customer&rsquo;s business. You&rsquo;ll work on a variety of cross-functional initiatives designed to improve operations, build customer community, translate customer insights into repeatable best practices, and facilitate customer engagement with Google. If you are a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, market- driven environment, we want to talk to you.</p> <h4> Responsibilities:</h4> <ul> <li> Become an expert in Google Geospatial products to provide effective operational and technical consultation around Geospatial technologies.</li> <li> Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with Google Enterprise&rsquo;s largest and most strategic Geospatial accounts, providing guidance and expertise across the customer lifecycle, from initial deployment, to enhancement and expansion of the customer solution.</li> <li> Act as a primary customer advocate for a portfolio of customers. Channel customers&rsquo; feedback to Google product management and engineering to ensure the best possible in-production experience, and assist in prioritizing product requirements by communicating customer need and impact.</li> <li> Develop actionable and targeted best practice recommendations based on field results.</li> <li> Drive operational, business, and product improvements at Google based on customer insights.</li> </ul> <h4> Minimum Qualifications:</h4> <ul> <li> Bachelors degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).</li> <li> Experience with web development, including JavaScript, geospatial and database technologies.</li> </ul> <h4> Preferred Qualifications:</h4> <ul> <li> Bachelor&#39;s degree or MSc in Computer Science or related technical field.</li> <li> Strong account management, client service, or product management experience. Hands-on experience in geospatial products and technologies.</li> <li> Experience working with partners, systems integrators and third party developers to deliver successful solutions.</li> <li> Excellent communication and project management skills, with a track record of handling multiple customers and streams of work</li> <li> Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills, combined with a strong sense of ownership, and a proactive can-do attitude.</li> <li> Fluency in written and spoken English. Fluency in additional European languages.</li> </ul>
