Our efforts focus on the ways that Google technology enables the world&#39;s biggest advertisers to enjoy immediate and accountable communication with the consumer.</p> <h3> The role: Industry Head EMEA Top Accounts, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)</h3> <p> This is an analytical yet creative position that requires a sharp mind and an entrepreneurial spirit. As an Industry Head EMEA Top Accounts, FMCG, you will operate at the forefront of Google&#39;s activity in EMEA. In this newly created position, you will be responsible for driving our overall business with our top global and EMEA clients and helping senior management build relationships with C-level executives. Specifically, you will define and implement strategies and oversee the company&#39;s overall business with these clients. Pragmatic, analytical and action-oriented, you bring superior problem-solving, project management and people-influencing skills along with outstanding business sense. You also have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, especially with top management.</p> <h4> Responsibilities:</h4> <ul> <li> Establish, build and extend strong relations with leading international FMCG companies and build sustainable relationships with our existing clients and their agencies.</li> <li> Analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations.</li> <li> Develop scalable and leading edge solutions for FMCG clients and agencies in order to optimise their advertising expenditures and maximise use of Google products (Search, Video, Display, Mobile etc).</li> <li> Lead global growth initiatives and large internal projects (business development, organisation and process sales effectiveness improvement).</li> <li> Work closely with the local and global FMCG teams.</li> </ul> <h4> Requirements:</h4> <ul> <li> BA/BSc degree or equivalent. MBA preferred</li> <li> Proven success in the FMCG industry in sales and marketing and/or management consulting experience.</li> <li> Proven record of strategic development of FTSE 100 client base and ability to persuade and influence at C-level.</li> <li> Deep understanding of the industry&#39;s issues, a vision for its growth and a commitment to advance Google&#39;s forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.</li> <li> Proven success in managing complex, international projects and business development.</li> <li> Willingness to travel across EMEA and globally, 2-3 days a week.</li> <li> Fluent English is mandatory; fluency in German is preferred.</li> </ul>
