Our common trait is that we share a commitment to preserving Google&#39;s uncommon culture as we continue to grow worldwide.</p> <h3> The role: HR Specialist, DACH and Nordics</h3> <p> Our HR team seeks a new member in our Hamburg office. As the HR Specialist you will be providing key services to employees in multiple offices, based in 7 countries. In this position you will work in an international, fast pace environment. You will be part of a flexible and collaborative HR team where you will have the opportunity to make a difference.</p> <h4> Responsibilities:</h4> <ul> <li> Provide general HR support to the business in the DACH and Nordic regions, primarily for the Sales organisation.</li> <li> Manage daily HR operations (including requests from external 3rd parties). You will provide support and advise to people managers in people matters and in the application of Google&rsquo;s HR tools, processes and practices.</li> <li> Coordinate and support the planning and execution of HR programs (performance, talent, merit reviews).</li> <li> Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure the delivery of high quality HR services to the business paired with a great employee/ people manager experience when interacting with HR.</li> <li> Operate HR information systems and databases to ensure data consistency and correctness; provide informations and run reports as needed.</li> </ul> <h4> Minimum Qualifications:</h4> <ul> <li> BA/BSc degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.</li> <li> Experience in HR related matters, preferably in an international environment.</li> </ul> <h4> Preferred Qualifications:</h4> <ul> <li> Master&#39;s degree.</li> <li> Solid analytical skills to develop data based solutions and scenarios.</li> <li> Attention to detail and ability to manage successfully towards timelines.</li> <li> Strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, coach and influence others.</li> <li> Demonstrated organizational and project/program management skills.</li> <li> Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.</li> </ul>
